      <description>&lt;p&gt;Can someone help us please!!?&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;We&amp;#8217;ve been having a few problems on our retail site &lt;a href="http://princeprincesspets.co.uk"&gt;www.princeprincesspets.co.uk&lt;/a&gt;. A few of our customers have placed orders but have received no order confirmation. When I&amp;#8217;ve checked, their orders have been in the abandoned section.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Over on our trade site, &lt;a href="http://princeandprincesswholesale.myshopify.com"&gt;princeandprincesswholesale.myshopify.com&lt;/a&gt;  customers have been submitting their order but getting a message telling them that &amp;#8220;your items/invoice have been paid for&amp;#8221;. We also have a customer who enters the site but finds that it keeps crashing on her.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;We use Paypal, so I&amp;#8217;m wondering if it could be a problem with our account? since both sites are affected.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;What version of PayPal are you using?&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;PayPal Standard, Pro or Express?&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;If your using Standard there are known problems with it.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Also check out the wiki &lt;a href="http://wiki.shopify.com/Troubleshooting_PayPal_Website_Payments_Pro"&gt;page on paypal&lt;/a&gt; to make sure if you done all the correct steps to step it up.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Did you verify the e-mail with the paypal account?&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks for that Andrew. We&amp;#8217;ve been using Standard for about a year without much problem. I think we&amp;#8217;ll upgrade to Express though!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
