Customers having problems with cart and payment

Can someone help us please!!?

We’ve been having a few problems on our retail site www.princeprincesspets.co.uk. A few of our customers have placed orders but have received no order confirmation. When I’ve checked, their orders have been in the abandoned section.

Over on our trade site, princeandprincesswholesale.myshopify.com customers have been submitting their order but getting a message telling them that “your items/invoice have been paid for”. We also have a customer who enters the site but finds that it keeps crashing on her.

We use Paypal, so I’m wondering if it could be a problem with our account? since both sites are affected.

What version of PayPal are you using?

PayPal Standard, Pro or Express?

If your using Standard there are known problems with it.

Also check out the wiki page on paypal to make sure if you done all the correct steps to step it up.

Did you verify the e-mail with the paypal account?

Thanks for that Andrew. We’ve been using Standard for about a year without much problem. I think we’ll upgrade to Express though!!
