Cart refresh loses contents

We’ve recently set up a shop with Shopify – http://shop.bristolwineandfood.com

We’ve had nothing but problems… So far we’ve blamed Paypal (and CDN)...

Now however, when items are added to the cart and then you decide to continue shopping and then return to the cart sometimes it will forget the previous contents. If you refresh the page it will disapear, re-appear, etc… I’ve tried this on some other shops in the “directory” and they all do the same… Cache problems?

Shopify, please, i really want to like you. We’ve even built a digital download plugin for our system that uses you as the front end, so we’ve invested time and money into using Shopify as our default e-commerce system for clients. BUT so far, my clients want to beat me and my techies are almost dangling out of the window…

Please at least inform us to what is happening…

This sporadic shopping cart behavior is happening to us since early this morning. Looks like when you add an item and return to the store, then subsequently link back to the cart, the items disappear. This is a critical and time-critical bug. JP please advise…

This appears to fixed now. Although I’d like some confirmation that there was a problem and that it has been looked after…
