	&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;am a french seller of shopify who live in france, i have a french business account on paypal website, i don&amp;#8217;t reach to have payments by card of credits by choosing paypal paiemnt pro (UK) or (US).While i test it on my website w&lt;a href="http://www.beniztshirt.com"&gt;www.beniztshirt.com&lt;/a&gt;, i have the message error: &amp;#8220;invalid vendor account&amp;#8221; so what can i do please?&lt;br /&gt;it is becaus iam located in France or what? &lt;br /&gt;i don&amp;#8217;t know how to accept the billing agreement in paypal ?????&lt;br /&gt;and what configuration i have to do for &lt;span class="caps"&gt;API&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i don&amp;#8217;t even know if i have enter the good merchant login and password in shopify&amp;#8217;s administrator&lt;br /&gt;Sorry for my english i hope that someone understand me !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="caps"&gt;CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE &lt;/span&gt;!!&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I figured it out &amp;#8211; I needed to go into paypal and accept their Billing Agreement.  I just clicked the button on paypal and now orders are coming through ok.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Using Paypal website payments pro with my newly opened shopify store.  I have completed all &lt;span class="caps"&gt;API&lt;/span&gt; access adjustments per the admin.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;When I try to checkout I receive the following message:&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Error from gateway:&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Any suggestions?  Thank you&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I am getting the following error while attempting to add a new product:&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;4 errors prohibited this product from being saved&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;There were problems with the following fields:&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Product type can&amp;#8217;t be blank&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Product type is too short (minimum is 2 characters)&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Vendor can&amp;#8217;t be blank&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Vendor is too short (minimum is 2 characters)&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Both the product and vendor drop downs contain items and i chose them and still get this error. The only way around this is to actually click create new type from the drop down and then type in the vendor and or product type again, whats the deal? I have never had this issue before today.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;After downloading the vision program and clicking on the .exe file, it opens the &lt;span class="caps"&gt;DOS&lt;/span&gt; screen, then closes it and nothing else happens after that.  I&amp;#8217;ve done some searching on past topics and did the netsh winsock reset for my Windows XP but that didn&amp;#8217;t solve the problem.  Any other suggestions?  I&amp;#8217;m at my wits end here&amp;#8230;  :P&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Just got word back from the Jaded Pixel team and thought I&amp;#8217;d share this with anyone else facing the above problem&amp;#8230;&lt;/p&gt;


&amp;lt;hr /&amp;gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&amp;#8220;When orders come in, Shopify relies on your payment gateway to inform&lt;br /&gt;it of the payment status. Sometimes PayPal and other gateways are slow&lt;br /&gt;in sending the payment details, and there can be delays of a few hours&lt;br /&gt;or longer. When this happens, Shopify doesn&amp;#8217;t know that the order did&lt;br /&gt;in fact get paid for, so that order is sorted into the Abandoned&lt;br /&gt;Orders tab until further notice of it becomes available to us.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;pre&gt;&lt;code&gt;If no notice ever comes, which can be the result of a customer&lt;br /&gt;changing their minds at the last minute and leaving the shopping cart,
the order gets left abandoned.&lt;/code&gt;&lt;/pre&gt;


	&lt;pre&gt;&lt;code&gt;If you receive confirmation of payment from PayPal via email and the&lt;br /&gt;order has not yet appeared in your Order tab, it is delayed. It will&lt;br /&gt;take time for the order to show in your Orders tab.&lt;/code&gt;&lt;/pre&gt;


	&lt;pre&gt;&lt;code&gt;To access abandoned orders, on your Orders tab click the More...&lt;br /&gt;button on the right hand side and select "All Abandoned".&lt;/code&gt;&lt;/pre&gt;


	&lt;pre&gt;&lt;code&gt;Hope this helps solve the mystery,"&lt;/code&gt;&lt;/pre&gt;</description>

I received the paypal confirmation but the Shopify management section does not recognize that a purchase was made and hence does not report any information about the order.  Information that I will need to complete and ship the order.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have noticed this quite a bit over the last few months on a few stores. I will check a site and a design element will be missing. I log in to the admin and pull the image up and the reference is there but the image area is blank. I go to the url and it is there (the page that is, ie. no 404) but blank. This happens most frequently with .png files. Is this a known issue? I have only had to recreate a file the first time. Now I download a zipped backup of each site after making any changes. But it&amp;#8217;s still a pain in the neck to have to check on this or get emails etc..&lt;/p&gt;</description>

	&lt;p&gt;I have shipping locations for multiple items set up for every country worldwide so it&amp;#8217;s not this that is causing the problem.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Everything has been working fine for well over a year, the errors are coming from customers in the UK, US and Australia which are normally all fine.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;All ready today orders are coming through, but 6 people have already reported this error when using Paypal &amp;#8211; &lt;strong&gt;&#8216;You have provided a shipping address that is not supported by this shop. Please try checking out again with a different address or contact the shop owner&#8217;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
