Find out what is not working on my Website

Hi All;
We went online 2 weeks ago and we have not had any orders yet.
I know that it takes time to build traffic but thanks to shopify, google base and google adwords we get an average of 50 visits a day.

Can someone please let me know how I need to configure google analytics so that I can track where my users are leaving the site?

Do I need any additional code besides the urchin code being entered in the
statistics section?

Can someone please explain how to setup a goal to follow all the steps of the checkout process?

You don’t need any additional code – Google will already be tracking your exit pages. If you login to Google Analytics you can view these stats by clicking on content > top exit pages in the left side menu…

I took a look at MyALingerie and wanted to make a few (hopefully constructive) comments on the site.

1. It looks a bit budget. Perhaps this is what you are trying to achieve but the discounts make it seem cheap rather than luxurious.
2. It slightly lacks personality. I don’t know the collections and after visiting the site I don’t feel any more informed.

Lingerie seems to be a very personal thing and I think this site needs a bit more of an angle.

Hope that does not seem unkind and best of luck with it.
