Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself – I’m Mike Rochon and I recently began working on the team here at Shopify, my role being Customer Technical Support, a role formerly handled by everyone on the team. Some of you may have already had the pleasure (hah) of working with me as I learn the ways of Shopify. My presence here on these forums should grow over time, as I watch and learn from the Pros in action. You should notice me start to answer some of your questions, and please forgive my naivety for the time being if I completely miss your point on some of them.
