My shopify site is not working either. : (

I am UK based

My grandfathered site works fine, but my super duper cdn site does not – I also have no access to admin on either of my sites

I’ve checked other grandfathered sites in the UK that appear to work, whilst other cdn sites don’t.

Another UK based CDN failure;

My shop has only been up for a month and this is the third time this has happened :(

I have a CDN problem with the admin part of my site. I am based in NL.

Only admin does not show correctly, normal site works ok.

While looking at why the admin site does not render correctly, I am seeing links to

www.activalive.com/deployment/deploy/471

and other links to activalive.

Why is this ?

@izzit: ActivaLive is our new Live Chat applet that is integrated into the Admin. Are you referring to links on the page itself or links within the page source?

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing in the admin?

Mine’s not working either!! Is there anything we can do, or just sit it out until it’s sorted?

Hi, my store is in Japan, my admin page has some problems since yesterday.
The admin page looks totally different in following format. Although I updated the latest Flash player, the page have not fixed at all. Please help!

It was up a few minutes ago and as soon as I went to work on it the css and images went down again (not loading).

Any chance on a time estimate for when the prob will be fixed?

we nuked the CDN once more. Do images load again?

Nope. Same problem still exists. Sigh…I hope this gets fixed fast. I have a launch date to meet by the 31st latest.

Be sure to clear your browser cache and restart the browser.

All images/CSS/etc are now being served from our Toronto datacenter.

ok problem fixed on my side after re-clearing browser cache… cheers
