Hi Folks,

Very sorry about the disruption this morning. We were making what was expected to be a zero-downtime upgrade to part of our software stack when the whole thing went a little sideways. It took us a while to set things right again.

We’ll be doing a post-mortem on the whole incident to figure out what went wrong and how we can avoid it in the future.
