I am setting up a shopify e-commerce site. I need someone to do some more development and tweaking for it and some design work. I am looking to set up a rental system for products that my business (pilot-project) will carry. Let’s use audio and video gear as examples.

There is only one product in the inventory, but there will be 2 or 3 rental time durations. For example, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Once the product is rented, I would like the system to keep track when the rental period expires, and no longer list the product as available. Most of the products will be one offs. Which means once they are rented I would like the product to still show up in the catalogue but to display “Rented or Leased”.

I am not sure how the back end is set up. I tried getting a hold of someone, but haven’t received a response yet.
If anyone has already a pre-built system, or can help me out with this let me know. Also, please show me some examples of your work and what your fees are.
