Stumped on shipping
Hi, everybody, I’m a newbie. I’m going to say right off the bat that I hope somebody can explain this to me simply as I had a stroke last year and don’t do well with complex stuff. Anyway, my problem is that I ship a lot of different products, different weights, primarily using media mail rates, which are by weight, but also want to offer the option of flat-rate priority mail. I have attempted to set these up on my own but I can never seem to get more than one shipping option set up. If I edit to add more, then the original goes away.

You should be able to go to preferences/shipping and add a new rate. The new rate should probably range from 0 to 100lbs just so that it will match every cart in the future.
You just give it the name Priority mail, set the price appropriately and choose the desired country.
You can have many different shipping rates for each country, Shopify will not limit you to just one.
