Custom Code Snippet for Payment Module

Can anyone tell me what language this code snippet is meant to be in?

I’ll need some help here and am happy to pay for a quality module but the shop I’m looking to setup has a real shop on the back end. We accept credit cards on a machine and would like to take submitted credit card info for processing offline to save additional setup fees with someone like NoCHEX.

Anyone setup an offline module? Please advise as Shopify is really growing on me for it’s liquid simplicity and eye candy. I’m also interested in talking to a theme expert! Mail me.

The code snippet is for things like Google Analytics… you can paste in some of their javascript so you can track conversion rates etc.

You can’t really process credit card payments offline, Shopify just passes them to a payment gateway (Paypal, Protx etc). Banks (certainly in the UK) don’t let you do that sort of thing. Hope that helps

Thanks for your reply. I’ve been reading the wiki and playing with my store outline and I’m feeling my way round pretty well.

I added the Google Analytics UA-xxxxx number in general settings. The code snippet I mention above is the text box on the payment module section, where it reads Additional Content & Scripts. I see it mentions GA ROI code but can it be used for anything else? I really need to process payment offline and in my specific industry this is very commonly done.

Any payment gateway gurus out there? Any way I can take an order, allow a customer to submit payment and process the order later? This is a little like an over the phone order, cheque or BACS payment. Any ideas would be great, thanks.
