Is it possible to implement VirtualMerchant gateway into shopify?

For those of you in the U.S. who are members of Costco, you are able to enjoy this very low rate.

1.99% + $0.27 per transaction for qualified rate

$4.95 monthly statement fee – waived for Executive Members
One time $25 application fee – waived for Executive Members
2 years contract
$90 early-termination fee

So if you are a Costco Executive Members, you only pay for discount rate and transaction fee. I think this is the best deal I’ve seen. I plan to open another shopify store so if this is possible it will save us a lot of money.
