So after spending 30 minutes trying to figure out the CNAME and things for Moniker Registar, I THINK i got it, Probably not right, but im hoping, but I dont know what to do for the nameservers? I tried to leave them blank, and it redirected to some random name severs, do they even matter? |

Hi there… It doesn’t matter if you’re using a subdomain or the main directory, you’ll still need to use CNAME if you want your domain to point to your Shopify store. I’m not sure what you’re asking about, the name servers? I don’t have any experience with Moniker, so I can’t comment on what you should have. When I set up a previous domain I didn’t need to do anything with the name servers, but every system is different. Does anyone else know something more concrete about RyanL’s situation? ---

Have you tried leaving the nameservers as they are. I don’t think they should be changed when using CNAME functions… ...but I’m no expert – anyone else? Rachel.

Thats what the nameservers have always been (They lead to my current hosting)
